In 2023, Trafic Island was selected to represent Belgium at the Prague Quadrennial. This international scenography symposium takes place in Prague every four years and lasts for 10 days.
The Association of Professional Technical Theatre Workers (ATPS) constructed a boat-island proclaimed as the autonomous territory of 'Trafic Island'. Performers, designated as 'citizens' of Trafic Island, were responsible for animating daily life on the island throughout the Quadrennial.
Personally, alongside Brice Agnès, I was in charge of the pirate radio station 'Radiofficial', broadcasting on the FM frequency 98.3 MHz.

On-site, I broadcast a series of interviews I had conducted in advance in Belgium, exploring the question of how people envision their own utopias. The interviews feature both adults and children. The broadcast included two distinct audio tracks: one with responses in French and another in English.

I joined the project in Prague by cycling from Dresden, accompanied by my faithful steed, Brandon the Brompton. Along the way, I practiced wild camping along the famous Elbe river and collected ambient sounds to fuel my radio broadcasts.
